Robert C. Moore is launching Tuesdays with Bob, an ongoing construction law series breaking down one real contract exposure at a time. He brings 42+ years of experience in construction litigation, risk transfer, and risk management, and has tried over 2,000 cases to verdict. He authored the 50-state risk transfer construction compendium now used as an industry standard across the crane, rigging, millwright, and heavy haul industries. Bob spent a decade as Corporate Secretary for NationsBuilders Insurance Services (NBIS), overseeing claims and risk management for the CRST industries, and previously held senior litigation roles at Great American, AIG, and other major insurers. He is a former President of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Foundation, with over 20 years on its Board, and has long been active with the SC&RA itself — the same association New Heights proudly calls home. Bob is a nationally recognized speaker and author across the construction and rigging industry, and holds a JD from Loyola University School of Law.
