President
Megan Rose is the President of New Heights Insurance Solutions, a division of Specialty Program Group. As a Managing General Agent, Megan oversees a portfolio of specialized insurance programs focused on the construction industry. Her expertise spans several niche classes of business, including crane rental (with and without operators), millwrights, steel erectors, and builders risk.
Megan began her insurance career in 2002 at a family-owned agency shortly after the birth of her first son. In 2010, the agency was acquired by Norman-Spencer in Dayton, Ohio, and later became part of Specialty Program Group in 2018—marking the launch of New Heights Insurance Solutions. Throughout her career, Megan has been recognized for her deep technical knowledge, strong broker relationships, and commitment to delivering customized solutions for complex risks.
Megan is a graduate of Temple University. She lives with her husband and two sons and enjoys kickboxing, hiking, tennis, and pickleball.
